Terms of Service

1. About the service
Uddogta Desk (“the Service”) is internal software operated by UddogtaBD to manage messages sent to UddogtaBD’s WhatsApp Business number. It is provided only to UddogtaBD staff and people UddogtaBD authorises. There is no public registration.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are personal. Do not share your password or login codes.
- Admins should keep two-factor authentication turned on.
- UddogtaBD can change, suspend or close any account, for example when a staff member leaves.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Service you agree to:
- Use customer information only to serve that customer, and keep it confidential — inside and after your work with UddogtaBD.
- Not copy, export or share conversations or contact lists outside UddogtaBD without permission.
- Not send spam, misleading, abusive or illegal content; send bulk messages only to existing customers/contacts, respect STOP requests, and follow the WhatsApp Business Policy.
- Check AI-suggested replies before sending them; you are responsible for what you send.
- Not try to break, overload or bypass the security of the Service.
4. Customers
Customers do not use the Service directly; they chat with UddogtaBD on WhatsApp. Orders, prices and delivery of UddogtaBD’s services (marketing, design, video, web development and others) are agreed separately with each customer. How we handle customer data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Google Drive backup
The Service stores backups in a Google Drive account owned by UddogtaBD, as described in the Privacy Policy. No other Google data is accessed.
6. Availability
We try to keep the Service running at all times, with monitoring and daily backups, but it is provided “as is”. WhatsApp connection, internet and third-party services may sometimes be unavailable.
7. Ownership
The Service, its software and design belong to UddogtaBD. Conversations and business data belong to UddogtaBD and its customers.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, UddogtaBD is not liable for indirect losses caused by interruptions of WhatsApp or other third-party services.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts of Chattogram have jurisdiction.
